18 Months Old!!!

It is hard to believe Gage is going to be 18 months old this week. He is changing everyday and we are just loving every minute of it. He has started saying his animal sounds and it cracks me up to drive down the road and pass a cow and he say "Moo". His Daddy has taught him to say "Bang Bang" when you ask him what you do to the ducks. He is making his little Indian noise to go along with his Indian Halloween costume. Since our last post Gage survived his first road trip to a Field Trial. We were so thankful for the DVD player. That thing is AWESOME!!! We had a really fun weekend with Ken playing in his Alumni Game on Saturday and on Sunday going to the Texas Delta Waterfowl Kids Day. Here are a few pictures from the event that included a petting zoo and duck calling contest. Hope all is well!!
Love to you all!!!

My new cousin is here!!!!!

Kelly called me about 2 in the morning and said Becky, "I think I am in labor" and the rest is history. We hung out all day waiting and Gage was a champ but he did eventually get to go home and play. Ashlyn Nichole Walker was born August 17th at 6:21 pm weighing 7 pounds 14 ounces and was 20 inches long. Everyone is doing well and are heading home from the hospital today. Mom, Kimberly, Chad's mom, Barbara, and I all stood outside the room and hid listening to everything. It was great. She has tons of black hair. What an ANGEL!!!!

My First Trip to the Zoo

Ken and I took Gage to the Gainesville Zoo on Saturday. He liked all the animals but needless to say there are not that many. It is a small Zoo but it did have giraffes and zebras and of course it had wild turkeys. Here are a few pictures. The goats liked to stick there head through the fence and Gage got a kick out of that.
On another note, Gage's vocabulary is expanding. It is amazing how fast they grow up. He can say outside and apple now and he also whispers cracker. Ken and I think it is so cute. He will sit at the door and beg to go "OUTSIDE".
We are awaiting the arrival of our cousin Ashlyn.
Love to you all!!

My First Haircut
Mommy took me to get my first haircut because I had this funny thing growing in the back that looked like a pony tail. You know Daddy did not approve of that. So here are a few pictures of the event.
I went to see the Doctor last week for a check up and I weighed 25.4 pounds which is the 75% and my head was in the 100% and my height 95%. Mommy claims my head is big because I have a lot of brains inside.
You can now visit my Cousin to be's website. She is to arrive in the next few weeks. Go to http://www.ashlynwalker.blogspot.com/
Love,
Gage
