9 months old!!!

Gage is already 9 months old. It is really hard to believe. Ken and I are really enjoying every minute of our precious angel. He had his 9 month check up and he weighs 23 pounds. WOW!!! No one ever said his parents were little people. Gage is now trying to eat little carrots, cheerios and biter biscuits. This is a little trying. He really does not like it yet but loves to play in the food or throw everything on the ground. We have moved up to the big boy car seat and the big boy bathtub. Crazy how time flies. Here are a few pictures from his first food event. Ken tried to feed him again today some of the little cheerios and trick him by putting it in the cereal. Gage is no fool!!! He spit that stuff out. You know Ken and his determination to make everything right, he kept feeding him and eventually we were cleaning up throw up. Crazy!! I warned Ken but........

Happy Birthday to Jennifer!!! Wow 30!!! I am only 3 months behind you!! WA WA!!!

Also - Auntie Kelly had her check up a couple of days ago and all is good. Looks like she is due around August 24th. They are at Babies R Us right now looking around. Nothing like the Patterson's planning in advance. We all come by that naturally.

Happy Anniversary Ken!!

Seven years ago today I married the man of my dreams and I am so blessed to have this wonderful man by my side. I know some of you who have known us forever think that it has been forever, since we met when I was only 15, BUT - you know Larry.....we did everything as planned and waited to get married until after I graduated from college. Ken has given me the greatest gift ever, Mr. Gage. Ken and I have experienced so many different things in our lives together and I have to say life is GOOD!!!! 2006 was a wonderful year moving into our dream home a month before Gage was born. We could not ask for more. We are so blessed. We are looking forward to 2007. This little blog is for you Ken. Thank you for being a wonderful husband and Dad to Gage. We love you!!!! Congrats to the Napolitano Family!!!

Some of you may remember from a previous post I made that our family friends had twins recently. Those precious little ones are both home from the hospital and back in New Orleans. What a wonderful blessing!!! Their Aunt Lesley is doing well also she and her family are getting back into the swing of things. Little Miss Taylor is loving being a cousin. Happy New Year!!

We had a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year! We hope that each one of you did also. We wish you all the blessings that the new year can bring. Gage got to celebrate is first Christmas with all of his Grandparents. We enjoyed seeing everyone. Grandma and Grandpa Guthrie came and stayed for a week. They were a big help and we really enjoyed the visit. Everyone seemed to spoil Gage rotten and believe me, he got a lot of toys. Our biggest surprise of Christmas was KELLY IS PREGNANT!!!
